Things may not always work in your favor but rules
are rules. If you have a question or concern over any ruling,
don't cry like a little girl or climb a clock tower with a M-16,
contact the Commissioner and state your case. He will do his
best to make sure that each and every ruling is fair and as the
rules intended. If there is a problem, the commissioner will
right the situation.
